I have been using Synovi G3 for my dog with luxating patella repair for almost three years. My vet recommended it post op and I have always obtained the product from my vet's office. I have never found anyone online who sells this product for less than my vet! So check other vets in your area to buy from a reputable source.
BEWARE!!
Two weeks ago I was at the vet's office and planned on buying more Synovi G3. The vet told me that the company that manufactures this product has stopped ALL PRODUCTION due to an investigation concerning one of their products marketed for humans. They are currently producing NO medications for veterinary or human use!
So BEWARE of buying this product online; you don't know where it came from! There are other meds your vet can recommend as a substitute.

FDA inspection Failed so the manufacturer was forced to stop production. It's not safe to feed to your pets. I ordered the same thing, just different quantity but was only informed after the sale why it was discontinued.

Excellent product. Have used it on an old dog with joint problems and a puppy with joint problems - very affective however I was informed by the company that I bought it from that it is being discontinued - for what reason I don't know

After receiving an email from Entirely Pets informing me that this product will not be manufactured in the future because it is now not FDA approved, I gave it one star. I would actually like to give it no stars because I am returning it for credit and ordering another product that is safe for my dog. It took 25 minutes on the phone with Entirely Pets to convince them that they should allow me to return the product for credit. I feel that companies, no matter what they sell, should stand behind their products. If this were a human supplement not approved by the FDA, would you take it? Wouldn't you expect to be able to return it for credit if you were ordering something in its place?
